Join Howard Bonnemann from the SDSU Department of Dairy and Food Science as we explore changes in the dairy industry that were made possible due to electricity. This session will focus on changes in dairy manufacturing with refrigeration and freezing. This event is free and open to the public, and SDSU ice cream will be served!
The Agricultural Heritage Museum is fully accessible. The front entrance to the museum is located on the south side of the building (11th St. side) and is handicap accessible. Our visitor parking lot is located on the left/west side of the museum. If those spots are filled, additional parking is located in the lot behind/north of the museum (Lot 114). There are handicap accessible spots in both lots.
