What you'll do:
• Lead & Inspire: Set the strategy, implement goals, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Build & Maintain Relationships: Engage with businesses, government, and community leaders to grow the Association.
• Manage the Team: Hire, train, and support staff while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Oversee Finances: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Be the Voice of the Region: Represent and advocate for the Region on key issues.
• Boost Membership & Tourism: Grow our network, support events, and promote our Region as a top destination.
• Stay in the Know: Connect with local, state, and national organizations to bring fresh ideas and opportunities.
