First Day Hike

Start the year off right with a hike in nature. This one mile guided hike will lead you through part of Oakwood Lakes State Park. The hike will be lead by a South Dakota Volunteer Naturalist. Hikers should meet at the warming shelter, near Mortimer's cabin. Be sure to dress for the weather with warm layers and good hiking shoes/boots. If the temperature with windchill is 0 or below the hike will be canceled.
