The museum is excited to welcome CK Van Dam, author of the book Proving Her Claim. This debut novel for CK follows Anna, a woman homesteader in the Dakota Territory. Join CK as she discusses the spark that started this book and her vast research of women homesteaders on the Dakota plains. This event is FREE and open to the public and refreshments will be provided.
