Do you enjoy fresh cold milk and ice cream? This wouldn't be possible with out electricity. Howard Bonnemann from SDSU Department of Dairy and Food Science will present a two-part lecture series exploring how rural electrification revolutionized dairy production and manufacturing.
The first session will explore the changes on the dairy farm.
This event is free and open to the public and SDSU ice cream will be served.
The museum is accessible and parking is available on the west and north side of the building.
