Over the past several years, the fishing has been outstanding, some of the best in the Upper Midwest for walleye, perch and northern. Pheasant populations have rebounded and now present excellent bird numbers. Fishing & pheasant hunting along with great waterfowl hunting give you opportunities unmatched in other surrounding states.

Fisherman's Village is located 1/2 mile southeast of Waubay on County Road 19, just north of Bitter Lake. New in 1999, this bait, storage and gas facility beckons you to the Glacial Lakes & Prairies Region.
Services offered are:
Bait, tackle & complete line of fishing supplies
Fishing & hunting licenses
Campground w/ elec, water & fish cleaning station/shower
Snacks, beer, pop, convenience store & video lottery
